Order Fulfillment
After we verify your payment, your order will be sent to you electronically by email to the valid email address that you provided during the secure payment process. eBooks are provided as individual PDF format files in email attachments. When you receive your eBooks by email, you can download and save them from that email to wherever you wish on your device, and launch them any time from there to read them. All eBooks include a cover image from the original paperback publications, if we have one. Providing us with a valid email address is required – repeated use of invalid email addresses provided to us in orders can result in a service charge that will be deducted from any resulting refund.
