Amy walked silently along the edge of the lake with her brother, Biff. They were each lost in a world of their own private thoughts. But, Amy thought now, she and her big brother, Biff, had never needed many words to communicate with each other. They had always been so close, so perfectly tuned in to each other’s thoughts and needs.
Even as kids, many years ago, they had been terribly close. In fact, they had been so close that it was Biff who had taught Amy how to really kiss. Other than that, and a little bit of tit-fondling, they had limited themselves to hugs and kisses every chance they got. They were terribly turned on by each other, but they were both afraid to do any more about it than that.
Now, at age twenty-nine, Amy was divorced, with a set of teenaged twins, Kay and Pete. And Biff, still very sexy and handsome in his mid-thirties, had a teenaged son, Frank, and a young daughter, Laura.
For the first time in many years, Amy was going to get to spend a lot of time with her beloved brother and his kids. They were all together now for a month-long vacation at Mockingbird Lake.
