Most of us have been brought up to be at least slightly ashamed of anything sexual, and it is frequently reassuring to discover that we are not different, naughty, or even perverted in our sex practices. In discussing sex with others, people find out how truly normal they are.

In TEACHER’S HOT URGE, we see Peggy Landow, a young high school teacher, and the results of an uninhibited outlook on sex. But does she go too far? Who is to say?

TEACHER’S HOT URGE-a frank story of one young woman’s approach to sexual honesty. A story with a lesson for us all.

The sun was nearing the tops of the trees as Peggy Landow maneuvered her car up the winding highway through the hilly countryside. It was getting late, but she was in no hurry—what would another hour matter after waiting so many years? She’d take her time and enjoy the drive. But still, her heart raced with anticipation.

After five long years of college she was finally going to begin the life she’d worked so hard for. She was going to teach English and coach gymnastics in a high school in a brand new town. It would be a whole new life for her—her own life at last. And at age twenty-three, it was about time.

As she rounded a curve she was momentarily surprised by the sight of a lone figure walking along the shoulder of the road. She was midway between towns, and hadn’t seen anyone on foot for at least fifteen miles. As she cruised past the hiker she looked him over—a boy, probably about fifteen, with curly brown hair, bare feet, and wearing cutoffs and a baseball cap. He waved to her as she passed, and she smiled at him. Then her car rounded the next curve, and he was suddenly gone.

The second he was out of sight she began to wonder about him, about who he was and about where he was going. He was a handsome boy, and he looked friendly enough. Maybe she should have offered him a ride.
