Little Leslie Brown gasped, her cry for help cut off as a huge hand slapped firmly over her mouth. She was jerked off her feet and yanked backward against the man’s gigantic body.
Leslie grabbed at the wrist around her trim waist. She kicked out frantically, blindly, fighting with all her might to free herself from the hugging arm. But her legs flailed into the air, kicking nothing. Her delicate little fingers tore at the iron band of the man’s forearm. He was squeezing her tummy so hard she couldn’t breathe.
She felt herself lifted higher. He dragged her back into the alley.
Leslie’s heart pounded hard in her chest.
She went limp. She felt the strength drain from her limbs. The hand over her mouth ground down hard, crushing her soft lips against her sharp teeth. It hurt terribly!
Tears flooded out of her pretty blue eyes.
