TEACHER’S ORGY LESSON is the story of several individuals involved in education. This novel explores the various ways sex and sexual taboos enter into the personal-and professional-lives of some very respected people.
TEACHER’S ORGY LESSON-fiction, yes, but a story providing insight into some personality stereotypes we may know less of than we think.
Jenny Walker kept glancing at the clock and praying the bell would ring. It was only her second week of teaching, and she was beginning to wonder if she’d made a mistake in taking this job at Watson High School.
A rude, obscene noise came from the back of the room, where all the hoods sat. The class cracked up. Jenny reddened, trying to look calm and dignified. Then at last, to her great relief, the bell sounded.
“Class dismissed,” she said.
Nobody heard her. The kids were already stampeding for the door. Jenny started gathering up her things when Grace Long, one of the better students, stopped by her desk.
“It’s going to be okay, Miss Walker,” the girl said. “The kids really like you. They’re just testing you, to see if you can keep your cool.”
“Thanks, Grace, I needed that.” Jenny sighed. “Sometimes I wonder if this is an English class or a riot.”
Grace left, and Jenny was about to lock up, when she realized that she wasn’t alone in the room. One boy was still slouching in his chair at the back. Jenny shivered. It was Nick, the leader of the hoods, and he was grinning at her.
