Many Americans react to homosexuality like an ostrich with its head in the sand — they simply refuse to believe that a man could actually physically love another man. Perhaps that is why so many parents cannot confront the fact that their son may have homosexual tendencies because they can’t believe the condition exists.
STUD LANDLORD is a story that attempts to show that homosexuals have all the human characteristics everyone else has — they suffer from the same frailties and shortcomings as anyone else yet they can also enjoy the same intense happiness as any person. Domination, vengeance, ecstasy, sorrow, love, hate — all these emotions are seen with the characters of this novel.
STUD LANDLORD will undoubtedly be shocking for those people who ignore the fact that homosexuals exist. And for that segment of society that has always felt that homosexuals are different, perhaps this novel will show them that the members of the gay society are truly human.

However, you should have plenty to support yourself on, young man. The apartments will be turned over to you immediately. They bring in a considerable income.”
