“But look, Karen, look!”
Karen had adjusted her chain and was climbing back on her bike. She didn’t want to look. Why was Sandy so worked up about a couple of horses anyhow? She felt her cheeks flush and the palms of her hands were wet on her handle bars.
“Come on, Sandy, let’s go.”
“Oh, Karen, I’ve just got to watch this. It makes me feel all shivery inside.” Sandy was wiggling against her bicycle seat. The way she was doing it pressed her shorts up tightly against her crotch.
Karen felt a little weak in the knees. Then she saw what was going on out in the pasture and tried to look away, but couldn’t. She watched briefly. Karen had never seen anything like it!
“Sandy, I’m going to ride on. You can catch up when you feel like it.” Sandy didn’t answer. Her blondish hair was blown back by the breeze and Karen could see her friend licking her lips as she continued watching. The sounds were incredible. Karen kicked her pedal around, pushed off weakly and wobbled on down the road.
It was a beautiful summer day and the cool wind from the lake made it even nicer. But Karen wasn’t thinking about all that now.
